Good ER Tech Bad Poisoning Nurse
Saturday Jul 24, 2021
Saturday Jul 24, 2021
This week Tina is joined by Nurse Jessica Sites and ER Tech Joshua Shetterly. Together they tell the story of a nurse, Dee Winzer, who was married to a man who became a paraplegic after being hit by a bus. Many years after getting married, Winzer was accused of poising her husband. However, the evidence was shaky at best, and Dee had no apparent motive, nor was she even home when the alleged poisoning happened. They close the show with Joshua telling the heartbreaking but courageous story of his brother who died of a drug overdose.

Dr. Knabe moved to Indianapolis, Indiana from Germany in 1896 after learning that females were allowed to go to medical school in the United States. She made many impressive accomplishments in her short life as a doctor, until someone entered Dr. Knabe’s apartment at the Delaware Flats and brutally cut her throat from ear to ear.

Friday Jun 25, 2021
Friday Jun 25, 2021
***Trigger Warning: Disturbing elements involving children.
This week Tina is once again joined by Nurse Jessica, and this time, she brought her husband along, Dr. John, a board-certified OB/GYN. They start off with a twisted tale of a doctor who turned to drugs and alcohol to cope after not being able to pass her boards. What she did as her life spiraled out of control has left everyone completely shocked and horrified. For the good doctor story, they discuss the amazing story of a woman who had a baby on a plane bound for Hawaii, and there just happened to be a doctor and several NICU nurses on board! They close the show with a funny article about OB/GYN doctors getting confused about where on the body to swab for COVID!

Good Animal Nurse Bad Bonnie and Clyde Nurse
Thursday Jun 17, 2021
Thursday Jun 17, 2021
This week Tina is joined once again by fan-favorite David Metzger with the Nurse Papa podcast. Together they tell the not-so-Bonnie-and-Clyde story of a prison nurse from Tennessee who fell in love with a prisoner and proceeded to try to break him out with a plan that would leave a trail of destruction and heartache. The good nurse story is about a nurse in the United Kingdom who decided to give dogs who are dying a happy and comfortable place to live out the end of their lives. They close the show with the funniest joke in the world.
