This week Tina is joined by advanced practice nurse, Tom, one-half of the co-host team from Just Some Podcast for Advanced Practitioners. Together they tell the story of nurse Jon Eric Landis. In 2015, 49-year-old Jon Eric Landis had been a nurse for 15 years when he walked over to confront his neighbor about an ongoing dispute. When all was said and done, only one man walked away from the dispute. This is a sad and tragic story of how carrying a gun for self-defense can go horribly wrong. They close the show featuring Tom’s co-host, Ben. Ben is also a nurse practitioner and has so many unbelievable accomplishments, Tina just had to make him the focus of this week’s good nurse story.
